86 Chaos is a restaurant and kitchen management web application operated by Chilton App Works LLC for restaurants, bars, kitchens, and hospitality teams.

Founder Beta and early access

Founder Beta and early-access features are provided for testing and feedback. Features may change, fail, be delayed, become unavailable, or be removed as the product develops.

The current Founder Beta offer is 90 days free with no credit card and no purchase required. Continued paid use is optional and subject to the pricing and terms shown before purchase.

Customer backup responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping independent off-platform and off-site backups of business-critical records, including schedules, time records, invoices, inventory, recipes, employee records, vendor records, financial records, safety records, and compliance records.

Any backup or recovery tools provided by 86 Chaos are not a substitute for the customer’s own required records and backup practices.

AI review and professional-advice limits

86 Chaos may use AI and automation to suggest, explain, classify, extract, summarize, scan, forecast, draft, alert, analyze, and report. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, stale, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular restaurant.

Authorized people must review AI output before making business decisions or changing records. 86 Chaos does not automatically send vendor orders, spend money, process payroll, publish schedules, change wages, change permissions, or change billing based only on AI output.

86 Chaos is not legal, HR, payroll, tax, accounting, food-safety, or compliance advice and does not replace qualified professional advice or manager judgment.

Notifications, reminders, scans, and automation

Notifications, reminders, push messages, scans, AI output, integrations, and automated workflows may fail or be delayed. Customers should not rely on them as the only operational, safety, payroll, legal, or compliance safeguard.

Privacy basics

86 Chaos is a business-to-business workplace tool. The customer controls what employee and operational information is entered and is responsible for using the service lawfully.

Information processed may include account details, staff records, schedules, time records, availability and request-off records, prep, tasks, 86 alerts, inventory, recipes, invoices, vendors, menu data, maintenance, messages, reminders, attachments, plan status, and service diagnostics.

The public marketing website may use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, device/browser basics, and general site performance. This helps improve the website without selling visitor information to advertisers.
